[Investigating] Ezidebit is currently Investigating Intermittent issues with transactions failing with a 06 Error response code from a downstream payment gateway service provider. This issue is primarily impacting gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the Cybersource bank connector. Description

Ezidebit wish to advise clients and partners of upcoming scheduled maintenance as follows: Environment: Production Date: Saturday 7th October, 2023 Time: 7:00am - 12:00pm (AEST) Services: Non-Real Time API’s only Impact: We expect this maintenance to have minimal impact and Non-Real Time API’s will be affected for up to 1 minute at the start of the change. This means GET functions such as retrieving payment schedules, etc, will be impacted for up to one minute. However there will be no impact to any payment requests during this change. Duration: This impact will only be at the start of the change while we cut over to new infrastructure. No further impact is anticipated. Ezidebit will be completing internal testing and checks only during the extended change window until midday. Ezidebit wishes to advise clients and partners of scheduled maintenance as follows: Change: Annual Disaster Recovery Test Environment: Production Date: Saturday 18th November Time: 6:00 AM - 08:00 AM (AEDT) (Daylight Savings Time) Impact: During this change window there will be two time blocks of up to 5 minutes where services may experience downtime. The first time block is expected between 06:00 - 06:05 and the second will be on completion of maintenance towards the end of this change window. Services: The following services will be impacted during this change period: All APIs - Real-Time and Non-Real-Time (AU & NZ) All Portals - EziOnline, Real-Time Payment Services, Online Payer Sign Up This maintenance is a mandatory compliance test which Ezidebit performs on an annual basis to ensure our DR systems are regularly reviewed We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during the test window.
